A small local team, not a national call center. When you ring, you speak to someone who works in this town and knows the difference between a century-old lock near Hutchinson Square and a builder-grade deadbolt in Cane Bay.
We quote before we start, we turn up when we say we will, and we stand behind the work.
Honest pricing
You hear the cost before we start, not after. If it changes for a legitimate reason, we explain why and get your okay first.
Local knowledge
We know Summerville’s neighborhoods, its older housing stock and its newer builds, and it shows in the work.
We show up
A locksmith who doesn’t answer the phone isn’t much use at midnight. We answer, weekends and holidays included.
On licensing, plainly
South Carolina doesn’t issue a state-specific locksmith license, unlike some trades. Plenty of companies still advertise as “licensed” anyway. We don’t, because it would be misleading.
Instead we background-check and train our own technicians, carry business insurance and bonding, and will show proof of it before any job starts.
